Very peaceful, beautiful and scenic place. The temple is known for the natural shiv linga near the foothill, covered in temple structure. There are other temples too in same area with idols of different gods and goddess.

Like all other Shiva temples, the Mahadev Khola Dham is a great attraction during Mahashivratri. The fact that it is in a cave also makes it of interest to adventure lovers and history buffs. There are some other temples in the vicinity too adding to the religious significance of the place.
